Multi-chip design carbide bandsaw blade for difficult to cut materials. Multi-chip design with 6 tooth pattern and 2 set levels. 3881 Quad grind and set pattern improves chip removal and extends blade life. Performs extremely well cutting titanium alloys, aerospace alloys, stainless steel, high nickel chrome alloys and abrasive tool steel. Quad grind enables cutting of scaled surfaces, tooth chamfers improve the chip removal and extend blade life. Set tooth design eliminates vibration and noise espcially on unstable machines or vertical machines. THQ is primarily titanium and nickel alloys. High low teething. Wide set as standard. Reduces tooth strippage on breakthrough.
